What started out as a spectacular friendship has evolved into a well-oiled machine built on mutual respect and ambition. John, a celebrated professor at the Citadel, and Campbell, a sought-after builder, would often day-dream of working together on investment properties here in the community they love.
After deciding to take the leap of faith and start the business together, the duo successfully laid the foundation and built their dream, acquiring over 75 properties and a vast knowledge of the ever-changing short term rental market in Charleston, SC. They continue to grow the business, bringing on their close and talented friends to help.
